MISSION

School for Children’s object is the safeguarding and promotion of the rights of children and adolescents (advocacy) in India.

It mainly works for and with the poorest children at risk of being abused, exploited and emarginated.

It recognizes the importance of directing its work towards children and adolescents because it believes that concrete change in the lives of hundreds of children can only be achieved by starting from their scholastic education.

School for Children is working towards a world which respects and appreciates the dignity of each individual child, listens to his material and intellectual needs, helps him to grow up and have his own “future in his pocket.”
